What's it cost to ship and when will I receive it?

We get it - shipping is important. You've just purchased something you want, and you want it quickly, without paying a lot to get it. We understand – we shop online too.  

We know which shipping companies are best at delivering your order to you quickly and safely, and we do it at a fair cost. We have partnered with the best of the best, including UPS, FedEx, and the US Postal Service. For every order, we select the shipping carrier that best suits your needs, based on your checkout selection.

During checkout, we offer three different shipping options: Economy (2-7 business days), Standard (1-5 business days), and Expedited (1-3 business days). Economy shipping starts at a low rate of only $6.95 and is for those seeking a low-cost option. Oversized items and shipments destined to addresses beyond the lower 48 states are subject to a nominal surcharge to represent the actual shipping cost.

When will I receive my order?

Below is a map illustrating the approximate delivery times for Economy and Standard shipping services. We also offer Expedited & Express services to get your order to you faster.

When will my order ship?

Orders received before 6PM ET Monday through Friday ship the SAME DAY!  Obviously, if any of these days are a holiday, then it will ship the next business day, including, but not limited to: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.

What are your shipping rates beyond the contiguous US?

We ship to APO/FPO address, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and beyond the contiguous US with a variety of shipping options. These rates vary depending upon your destination and service needs, and can be found using the shipping rate calculator in your shopping cart or during checkout.

Can I have my order shipped internationally?

Due to ever increasing fuel costs, international shipping has become cost prohibitive. At this time we have made the decision to no longer ship outside the United States. We hope to resume shipping internationally in the near future.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Of course! We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Email us at support@golfetail.com if you have difficulties tracking your order.

Is my shipment insured?

We only ship with reliable, premium small package carriers (e.g., FedEx, US Postal Service, UPS) and every shipment that leaves our warehouse the carrier's standard protection against loss or damage up to $100. Furthermore, at checkout you can opt-in to GolfEtail's Shipping Protection, which for a nominal fee will fully protect your shipment against loss or damage.
