3 Easy Steps
1) Download, complete and sign the return form at the bottom of this page and include it with your return. If you can’t download it, email us at email@example.com and we will email it you.
2) Include the manufacturer’s packaging and leave all tags intact.
3) You can either purchase a UPS label from us (see details below) or use your local shipping service to ship the package back. Ship your return back to us at: GolfEtail.com, 6350 Yarrow Drive, Ste B, Carlsbad CA 92011. Make sure your return is well packaged and properly insured.
NEW OPEN & OPEN-BOX ITEMS
To return a new or open-box item, return the item within 30 days from when you received it with the manufacturer’s packaging and all tags intact. The item must also be in the same condition as you received it.
**We do not accept used returns. Once a club has been hit, even once, it is used and cannot be returned.**
Pre-owned items are even a tad easier. Again, your item should be returned within 30 days and in the same condition as you received it. Obviously, because the item is pre-owned, the tags and the manufacturer’s packaging are not an issue.
DAMAGED, WRONG, or MISSING ITEMS
Believe it or not, UPS isn’t perfect, nor are we. In the rare occasion you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing item, immediately email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 760-743-4653
All new items sold by GolfEtail.com come with full manufacturer warranties. Warranty items do vary depending upon the manufacturer, however typically wear and tear or misuse is excluded.
If you are returning an item with the intent on exchanging it, the easiest way to complete an exchange is to simply return your item for a refund and place an order for the new item you prefer.
After we receive the return we will issue a full refund, less the original shipping charge, and credit it to the original payment method. The processing time for a return may take up to 2 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) upon receipt of your return.
If your order received free shipping, the return is subject to a 5% restocking fee. The restock fee will be a minimum of $5 and a maximum of $20. We will always waive the restocking fee if you place a reorder for a different size, OR if you choose to accept store credit. To choose store credit, simply check the box on the return form below.

We are working to make the return process as easy as possible, however, if your return is less than 1 pound we suggest you check with your local post office for a lower rate.
