EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS
For the holiday season, we have extended our return window to meet your Holiday needs. Items shipped between November 1 and December 24th can be returned until January 15, 2021, or 30 days after purchased, whichever is later. All other aspects of our return policy remain unchanged - see below for details.
RETURN POLICY
We stand behind every item that we sell. When you receive your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied and want to return an item, then no worries! Simply download the Return Form below, follow our easy 4-step return process and you are on your way.
RETURN POLICY: To return your purchase, ship the item(s) back to the address below within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your purchase. If your order received free shipping, the return is subject to a 5% restocking fee. The restock fee will be a minimum of $5 and a maximum of $20. We will always waive the restocking fee if you place a reorder for a different size, OR if you choose to accept store credit. To choose store credit, simply check the box below to receive your refund in the form of store credit.
All returns must be received in the identical condition as when they were shipped. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or fees that are associated to the return. Returning an item which does not conform to these terms may result in additional return fees assigned at GolfEtail’s sole discretion.
NEW OPEN & OPEN-BOX ITEMS
To return a new or open-box item, return the item within 30 days from when you received it with the manufacturer’s packaging and all tags intact. The item must also be in the same condition as you received it.
**We do not accept used returns. Once a club has been hit, even once, it is used and cannot be returned.**
