We hope you are safe, and you find some time to play the game we love responsibly. The safety of our employees and community is our top priority and serving you in the way you have come to expect. We are closely monitoring the changing situation and are adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations.
We are accepting and shipping your orders in a timely fashion. To comply with all regulations, we have made a few changes. These changes allow us to service your needs while protecting our employees and our community.
- Orders will ship within 2 business days from a warehouse that is deemed essential.
- Customer Service continues to answer questions about products and your orders, although they are working remotely. We urge you to contact customer service via email at support@golfetail.com. If you need to call us, we are accepting phone calls Monday - Friday 10 AM - 2 PM PT.
Depending upon where you live, your favorite course may be closed, and your new practice range might be your backyard. So, while on your lunch break, maybe step outside and hit a few balls. You can always shop online and get a new hitting net, launch monitor, and some practice balls. Whatever it is, we are here to help you continue to play the game we all love, and keep you well equipped.
