When will my golf products order ship?

Orders whose payments are received by 4PM ET (Eastern Time) ship the same day! There are a few exceptions to this when a golf products order is shipped directly from the manufacturer, and this is noted in the item description.

What are GolfEtail's shipping rates?

GolfEtail offers FREE ground shipping on all Continental US orders over $99. For all other golf product orders, GolfEtail.com provides a range of low cost shipping options based on your invoice total and the service you need. Below are our shipping rates:

When will I receive my golf products from GolfEtail?

Arrival times for golf product orders depend on 2 things:

what shipping service you select
where your golf products order is destined

Our warehouse is located on the west coast, so if your golf products order is destined for the East Coast via Ground Premium, then your order will arrive about a week later. Similarly if you live in the MidWest, then give it 3 or 4 business days.

Also understand shipments deliver Monday through Friday, so if you order Next Day Air on Friday morning your order will be delivered on Monday (regardless of where you live).

Similarly if you order 2 Day Air on Friday morning, then your golf products order will deliver Tuesday. Major holidays do play a role in transit times and may delay your order by another day, so take this into consideration.

Will I receive a tracking number after my golf products order ships?

Absolutely! You will receive a tracking number within a few hours of your order shipping and your golf products order can be tracked from our website. Please email us at support@golfetail.com if you have any difficulties tracking your order.

What forms of payment does GolfEtail accept?

GolfEtail accepts American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, and Paypal. We are a VeriSign™ secure site, which means your financial information is protected, encrypted and secure.

Will I be charged sales tax for my golf products order?

There is NO sales tax on golf products orders unless you live in Massachusetts (6.25%) or California (8.75%). Sorry, we don’t like it either, but we have offices in both of those states, and it’s the law!

International customers may also be subject to import duties & taxes and/or brokerage fees.
