What are GolfEtail's shipping rates?
When will I receive my golf products from GolfEtail?Arrival times for golf product orders depend on 2 things:
Our warehouse is located on the west coast, so if your golf products order is destined for the East Coast via Ground Premium, then your order will arrive about a week later. Similarly if you live in the MidWest, then give it 3 or 4 business days. Also understand shipments deliver Monday through Friday, so if you order Next Day Air on Friday morning your order will be delivered on Monday (regardless of where you live). Similarly if you order 2 Day Air on Friday morning, then your golf products order will deliver Tuesday. Major holidays do play a role in transit times and may delay your order by another day, so take this into consideration.
Will I receive a tracking number after my golf products order ships?Absolutely! You will receive a tracking number within a few hours of your order shipping and your golf products order can be tracked from our website. Please email us at support@golfetail.com if you have any difficulties tracking your order. What forms of payment does GolfEtail accept?
Will I be charged sales tax for my golf products order?There is NO sales tax on golf products orders unless you live in Massachusetts (6.25%) or California (8.75%). Sorry, we don’t like it either, but we have offices in both of those states, and it’s the law! International customers may also be subject to import duties & taxes and/or brokerage fees. Absolutely NO SALES TAX on any GolfEtail.com order that ships outside of Massachusetts or California. (If it ships to Massachusetts or California, we must abide by that state's sales tax law.) -

Also, a select few items ship direct from the manufacturer, and those typically ship in 1-2 business days. -
As long as the item is in the same condition as when you purchased it, you don't need a reason to return it - just send it back to us, no questions asked!
